Most people looking for a unit in Blackpool are trying to get out of something: a spare bedroom full of stock, a garage that floods, a van that doubles as a warehouse, or a kitchen table that has become a packing station. The problem with a bare industrial unit is that you then spend weeks sorting out an electricity account, waiting for a broadband engineer and paying deposits to suppliers before you can actually work.
Our units skip all of that. The lighting is fitted, the sockets are live and the Wi-Fi is already running. You do not open any utility accounts, so there are no supplier deposits to pay. Electricity is metered and passed on at exactly what the supplier charges us, with nothing added. The Wi-Fi is free.
That means you can collect your keys in the morning, carry in your shelving and be packing orders or making things by the afternoon.

Simple terms, no long lease
The minimum term is one month. After that the agreement rolls on month by month, and you give one month's notice when you want to leave.
To collect your keys you pay one month's rent in advance plus a security deposit equal to one month's rent, and provide photo ID and a signed Direct Debit mandate. For a 150 sq ft unit at £65 a week, one month's rent works out at about £282 (£65 × 52 weeks ÷ 12 months).
